Camper Truck

Body: Start with 2x4 (1 1/2 x 3 1/2) material.  Skim cut bottom and both sides on table saw.  Nominal 1 1/2" wide.  
Camper Top: Glue up from 2x4 material.  Nominal 2" Wide.

If using wheel pegs, drill 15/64” dia. through holes at both wheel locations.
If using ¼” dowel rod for axles, drill 9/32” dia. through holes at both wheel locations and drill hole in wheel to 17/64” dia..
Use 1½” wheels.

You may paint wheels or give two coats of wipe on poly.

Sand Body and Top to 180 grit; breaking edges.

Paint two coats; scuff sanding with 320 grit between coats.

Place ¼” flat steel washers on axles between wheels and body.
Use .015 shim to create proper gap between Body and washers.
