The scroll saw is versatile. Scrolling is relaxing. I enjoy
cutting with it. The more I use it the more I want to use it. The
brand to buy is what works for you. There is a large price range.
Test try under supervision if you have never scrolled. Ask friends, read
instructions and shop around. Free is always good. Vibration and
missing parts are always bad. Sit or stand, whichever is
comfortable. Smaller pieces of wood can be used (less storage), but
larger pieces can be used depending on the saw. You are only limited by
you. Among the safest power tools.
